On September 7, 2025, during Pournami, KAILASA Tiruvannamalai served over 1,50,000 free meals through its Nithyananda Aushadha Annadhan initiative. Guided by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, this global humanitarian mission blends sacred Vedic culinary science with natural medicine. Each meal, prepared according to Bhaga Shastra, functions as Aushadha, or natural medicine, using organically grown grains, over 16 healing spices, and traditional cooking methods. This effort by nearly 500 volunteers upholds KAILASA’s three-decade commitment to eradicating hunger and uplifting health, aligning ancient wisdom with sustainable practices to address global challenges like malnutrition and food insecurity, resonating with Hindu spiritual principles.
